Do you only stock for iPhone? 

We started out stocking iPhone cases only with the intentions to expand, we've recently expanded our Black Girl Magic, Marble and Gold Dust collections to include the following Samsung Galaxy models: S9, S10, S10 Plus, S20, S20 Ultra, S20 Plus.

 

When will you stock for phones other an iPhone for your other collections?

We are currently working on a plan for expanding into other models of phones, please take part in our survey found via the “We don’t stock cases for your phone?” button on our homepage as this will assist us in decision making.

 

Can I use more than one discount code for the same transaction?

Discount codes cannot be combined which means only one can be used at the checkout at any given time. 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we offer worldwide shipping.

 

What are your delivery costs?

  • UK Standard Delivery - £1.99 (free with purchases over £20)
  • UK Next Working Day Delivery - £3.25 (only applicable for orders placed before 1pm)

 

Please note: £1 is added to the above shipping costs if a magnetic car holder is included as part of your order due to the size and weight of this item.

With UK Next Working Day Delivery, we aim to have your goods delivered on the next working day but this is not always possible due to factors outside of our control. If we are for any reason unable to deliver on the next working day we will refund you the difference in price between UK Next Working Day Delivery and UK Standard Delivery.

 

  • European Tracked and Signed Delivery - £9.75

          (50% off delivery when you spend over £35)

 

  • Rest of World (ROW) - £11.25

         (50% off delivery when you spend over £45)

 

Please note: for international deliveries, the buyer is responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs

 

How long does delivery take?

 - UK Standard: 2-4 working days

 - European: 3-5 working days

 - Rest of World: 5-7 working days

 

What happens if I am not home when my parcel is delivered for tracked and signed deliveries?

You should receive a slip through your letter box detailing next steps for re-delivery or collection.

 

Will I have to pay Customs fees?

For international orders customs charges are sometimes payable depending on the value of the goods. This information varies depending on the country you are in and we would advise that you check with your local authority before placing the order.

  

Do I need to pay for postage when returning an item?

Yes, we do not bear return postage costs.

  

When will I get a tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be provided for all non UK packages by the next working day after purchase.

 

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

This would only apply to UK orders as all other orders are tracked and signed.

Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address when placing the order. Failure to do so could result in you not receiving your item(s) in which case we will not be liable to resolve.

 

How long do returns take to process?

Do your prices include VAT?

No, we do not charge VAT as we are not a VAT registered company.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
